There was a who need a new roof on her house because it was leaking. She had no money to pay for a new roof, only a small gold Chihuahua charm with two small diamonds for eyes, that her owner had put on her collar.

Well thought the dog, I will trot down to the local bank and see if I can get a loan on it to fix my roof.

Away the went, to see the loan arranger, a one Miss Patrica Wack.

Now Patty was a very efficient loan arranger and did not give loans to just anyone, unless the had something of great value as collateral to the bank.

When the told Patty her story, and showed Patty the charm. Patty looked it over and did not know what to put it down as on the loan contract. She asked the to wait while she went in to see the Bank Manager.

Patty marched into the manager's office and told him she had a in her office that needed a loan to fix a leaky roof. The only collateral was this object, what should she call it and should she finish the contract?

The manager took the object, looked it over, and said "Why it's a Knick Knack Patty Wack, give the a loan.

She did.
