I am a lively, fun, loyal, smart, tall, educated lady who works hard, loves her friends and family, and truly values her precious free time. I believe that variety and plenty of interests are the spice of life. I'm caring, very loving, smart, attractive, sexy, and fit. I hate being patient, but I'm good at it.
The right man will make me blush with his romantic directness and will make me laugh with his wit. Am looking for a man who is confident but not arrogant, and who finds nothing wrong with a strong, confident woman, but also is comfortable being the lead in the sled. I gravitate toward positive, funny, somewhat brainy, outdoorsy, sensual, confident men. You will never hear me say "not today honey, I have a headache." No. Way.
I AM NOT INTO FISHING, FISH, CAMPING, or HUNTING. I don't mind if you have a MOTORCYCLE, but it is not an interest of mine. I love southern men - heck - I'm a southern lady, but I do not want a redneck. Sorry to be direct, but I have to.
I have worked in sales in the Retirement Housing industry for two years, prior to which I owned my own strategic marketing consulting firm. Before that I spent 20+ years in advertising and publishing.
I have two baseball playing, smart, funny, loving boys (11) and I share custody of them with their dad. (Amicable separation, divorce almost there.) So, I love baseball, both Little League and MLB - Orioles are my team. I'll enjoy any baseball game, most basketball games, and an occasional football game.
I like to run, take walks with my 2 dogs, play golf (never enough time for that) and I used to play a lot of tennis - not so much now, but I do enjoy it.
What makes me happy? A glass of wine with friends, a romantic weekend with the right man, the beach, the ocean, fresh cut grass, the smell of s, a sunny day, a great book, smart TV, to laugh, to hug, to kiss. I like to cook when not under pressure! I'm a great baker and like to spoil my coworkers with occasional creations. I enjoy working in my yard. I love a drive in the country, a picnic under the sun or stars. I love kind, funny, smart, interesting and interested people.
IF YOU CAN'T WRITE WELL, I'll probably NOT respond to.Again - sorry, but I was an English major, and I write for a living, and it's a HUGE turn-off for me when a man can't write without spelling mistakes or simple grammar mistakes in almost every sentence.
My musical taste is pretty vast: I love Train and WILL see them in concert this summer, I love classic Rock n Roll - Stones, Zeppelin, Doors, Aerosmith; I really do love Alice in Chains, Dave Matthews, Gavin DeGraw...ever changing influences. I like some country and a lot of Bluegrass; I like jazz, love WW2 jazz/blues; I love Vivaldi and could listen to The Four Seas endlessly.
I'm the 47-year-old who drives my s in the car with the music cranked up loud, singing at the top of her lungs, while the s cower and cringe! But that's me in a nutshell. You BETTER enjoy every possible minute of life and find joy in the simple things, or you won't appreciate when really great, big things come your way.
