Each to a rose.

EACH TO A PLEASURE.

What dear flower is to a charm's express
Has privilege of rule in God’s kingdom
Does the Rose give higher scent in caress
Or sweet Orchid right to royal dukedom

What of lowly Burdock, a sweetest wine
Or golden Daisy and Buttercup’s worth
Are not all such precious of sense divine
All sleep to a sharing of dear God’s earth

Who will give decision, pretentious judge
That qualify’s in know of expertise
Why give to one and another begrudge
A sweetest bloom is for the eye to please

If you feel hard times and under pressure
A garden’s strolling is scent of treasure

Beautiful, and so true

Yes, Maudie... It's all about atmosphere and the scent which is so pleasant. We all have our little Garden of Eden somewhere, even if it's flowers in a vase or a potted plant. thank you, Maudie for your comment.
