Settling things

Hi,

Thanks to all who prayed for me and offered kind words of sympahty. Her funeral was last Friday. Have to fly back interstate this Thursday and settle her affairs there. I'm still numb, tired and a bit emotional but coping ok considering. God bless.

Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

Sometimes, we have to take things just one day at a time, and when that gets too hard, one hour at a time. I learned that when my husband died and there were many times I had to tell myself, "I can get through this one hour... it's only sixty minutes and I can do it."

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

It takes time to find the new normal, not the same but but living comfortably with the changes. Give yourself permission to feel sad and be extra kind to yourself.
