Thanks Mrs Joe, I didn't know about all those weird seasons up there, but does the weather change from rain, to snow, to sunshine within 4 hours time? My daughter and I were even shocked about it. Yes, we make fun of our weather here, but yesterday was really weird!

I never believed in global warming, but I have a friend who believed everything Al Gore said......no problem, we've been talking, I think she's finally realizing what a joke he is.

Hahaha, FB, now you know you have to do your own research on that, right? Well, only if they didn't post the link! Can't believe anything anymore!

Although not as annoying on a day to day basis our weather is abnormal here too. Far more hot sunny days when it should be raining. Sounds great but there is a price. Devising drought.

Called Geo-engineering, or weather modification. I've been watching what has been happening in Cali the past few years, and it's not good. Cutting water consumption for the crop producers as well, it's putting producers out of business and hurting the food supply here in the states. In doing that, we then have to start relying on imported crops. I could go on and on with that subject, but I'll stop before I write another blog!

Hi Nile, We are in Glasgow for a few days and just arrived this morning. It's very cold here with a biting wind that would skin you alive. There were a few snow flurries mixed with sleet but in between there were some sunny spells. Hopefully tomorrow will be dry all day, as forecast, so that we can do some sightseeing without hindrance

Have fun and stay warm Maudie and take lots of pictures!! Hopefully my daughter and I will get out that way this year!! Let me know what you feel are the best places to visit in Scotland. You can also give me some good tips on where to go in Ireland as well.

Come to Toronto and you'll always (almost always) have a white Christmas, Nileyears.

When I think about weird weather, I remember being somewhere that it was raining and when I passed it, the weather was sunny. It was literally the spot where the weather changed. I hope I'm explaining it clearly.

Ha ha ha Elaine, I may visit Toronto in the summer, but I like staying south for the winter. Yep, weather is weird, I know what you are talking about, that's happened to me several times. My neighbor and I have had a good laugh about this one, a black cloud was coming our direction, as I walked over to talk, I got rained on, took a few steps back onto my property, not a drop!

We're having some very unusual weather here in Georgia too this year. The temperature is about 20 degrees below what it usually is at this time of year and we are being deluged by rain. Never mind.... Summer is on the way, I HOPE!!!!

Alfie...

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

Does Georgia skip Spring too Alfie? I know Texas has two seasons, summer and winter, usually they alternate days within the same week!

Well Boogie, that's a lot of history!! My gammie was from the Texas City area, and before that, I have no idea! My mom didn't talk much about her, but she was crazy about my grandpa, she loved him so much!! So did I, he was a good man.

No worries, I'm not going out in this mess! My daughter did, and she got stuck on the I-20 for a couple hours, she also sent me some pictures of what she was looking at. While talking to her on the phone she had a few scares, which also scared me, she was heading back to Aledo, and she finally made it home safely.

Going out for the night feeding of my animals, be safe and stay warm!
