Why didn't the FBI indict Hilly? Millions want to know. Including competent prosecutors.

Well, it would involve smearing themselves. It seems that, in exchange for cushy overseas FBI posts, Hilly's State Department asked the FBI to de-classify some of her server documents. Reduce their security ratings. AFTER these emails were under subpoena.

If they did it, it would be tampering with evidence. Even the offer is a crime.
