A Daytime Scene Photo Friday-- Another view of my neighbor's Apartment building. A daytime view of our neighbor’s apartment is seen through the two tall coconut trees standing in our garden. The photo was taken by me this afternoon. Branches of a Mango tree could also be seen in the photo. All these three trees were planted by our mom 42 years back this day. She passed away in the year 1997. The building was not there when the trees were planted.

Yes, Darter, this country of mine is extraordinarily green! Even on the days of falling leaves, most of the trees remain green. Take care.

Good to see you back here, dear sandy. I hope that you are keeping well. Palm trees are usually grown in tropical regions. Most originate from tropical climates. The two trees in the picture are Coconut Palms, cultivated in tropical regions for coconut fruits that are edible. if I am not wrong, you will find such trees everywhere here in my homeland. Take Care.

Shartaun, your post has encouraged me to ascertain the types of palm trees grown in this world where we live. Google says that there are over 2,600 palm tree species- and not all of them grow in warm regions. Some of these palms like cold temperatures, and some are not even palms at all. As usual, your post has enriched this blog. Stay well and cheerful always. Take care of yourself, dear Shartaun.

You are right, Karin. I saw the trees grow as I was growing up simultaneously with them. The land was vacant when the trees were planted. I decided to build our dwelling on it when I was young. Our children grew up here too. These trees have seen everything that happened in, around, and nearby and are examples of living historians who can not write and speak. Take care of yourself, dear friend. Stay happy and cheerful.
