To get dramatic sunsets you need to have weather, which the UK has in abundance.
Looking South South West out of the kitchen window and down the garden we get some wonderful sunsets, particularly in the spring to early summer season.
As most clouds come into the UK driven by winds from the West and South West, and as clouds build during sunny days the conditions are just right for a spectacular show as the sun goes down..

 THE YEARS ARE SURE FLYING. ANOTHER ONE GONE TOMORROW. LOVELY SUNSETS. WE HAD A VERY LOVELY RED ONE LAST EVENING. PITY I DON'T LIVE NEAR THE SHORE, IT MUST HAVE BEEN GORGEOUS OVER THE SEA.
