 You are right...... they have no clue. But the rest of us do, and the clue is behavior like that in public means they get away with it at home!

I imagine the tantrums are a trait they receive from being neglected - much like the Fab4 used to do in here. Throw a tantrum to get attention and wait for the sympathy votes.

 People who throw food wrapers and other junk out of car windows while driving
People who don't watch their kids or dogs that end up on the street
People who make nasty comments about people they see and who can hear them on the street
People sitting in your reserved seat and refuse to get up
