Today is the day

Still seven more days until fall according to the calendar, BUT it has arrived a little sooner than I would like. It was 42F when we got up this morning at 6am and got up to 48F this afternoon. It is now 5pm and just had an ice pellet shower as I came in from the shed. It will be going to 30F over night with frost. The weather person advises to bring in the ripe tomatoes and cover the plants.
Hey, I still have so much to do around the yard. Half way through building the Catio {patio for the cat), take all the junk from around the sheds, house, trailer and yard to the dump, whine, whine and more whine.

Any one out there ready and willing for Fall? Not me and that's the truth

 [SIZE 3]After our very hot summer, I am very pleased to see fall. Actually, it arrived on September 1, that is the official meteorological date. But then again, I don't have to rake leaves.

 Oh, I soooooo agree with Star! LOL.
Your fall comes in colder than where we live, and your winter is longer than ours.... not on the calendar, but in reality.
Fall is my favorite season, and we have been having those fall like nights and days.... now for the next few days, we are having summer temperatures again.
I also have outdoor chores that need to be done, but fall is just beginning. But if fall is here, can winter be far behind?
Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Two days ago on our daily walk, it was so hot the mrs and I wore shorts and T-shirts, the dogs had their tongues hanging out. Today we all had on winter coats. I agree, Fall is very pretty to see though.
