My 2 cents

If you wear a mask or cover your face to change the appearance of to conceal the identity of resemble another and do one or more of the following, cause damage, throw projectiles, carry an item that can be used as a weapon, cause harm or injury or death to another person then you are a terrorist coercing the population to your cause. As such you should be punished to the full extent of the law.

 I agree, 100%, so I guess that is my 2 cents worth also. Now, if just three more people agree, that would be a dime, right? But what can we buy with a dime these days? LOL
