Ilove pie but I liked PI Trust me, I really really do love pie, and now that I have finally watched the movie, I now like PI. I resisted watching Life of PI, I mean how interesting can a movie about a person and a tiger in a life boat be? Tiger eats man, the end. A no brainer right? Boy was I wrong. It dragged at the start but I slowly was pulled into the movie. It is thought provoking, the art work is wonderful and it will leave you wondering at the end. I wont go into the story but my and I had quite a long discussion about it. He and I are very much alike in a lot of things but our thoughts on religion are a little different. As it should be, what a dull world it would be if every one agreed on every thing. As I said, I won't go into the story Life Of PI, but I will peak your interest in saying at the start there is more than two in the life boat. I can also say the book is better than the movie, but the photography is breath taking. If you haven't yet, see it, you just might like it also. |

Mrsjoe I thought the same and just did not want to watch the movie, then I needed to fill some time and put it on, glad I did. The boy is not in the boat half the time. SPOILER alert, there are two stories involved and in the end you get to decide which is the real story.

You make it sound interesting dinty, maybe I'll take your advice and either read the book or see the movie in the near future. Alfie...
