Psychic bond Part II

My and I were very close in his formative years, we made things together like kites, model cars, forts, taught him sports, got involved in school projects(I would help him build his projects). When I went to the store or other places, he would tag along. Of course he had his play mates and did his own thing more often than not. We like the same things like astronomy, photography, history, camping, hiking, and we enjoy talking to each other and get into deep discussions

We never noticed any thing odd, but 15 years ago the family finally came out and told the two of us that we are freaking them out. We act and talk alike. We finish off each others sentences, come up with the same ideas, speak the same things at the same time. Like watching TV or a movie we will make identical comments at the same time. We have bought the same gifts for people. They think we are more like twins than father and . We support each other and when either of us has a bad day, the other is there to help.

Since this revelation by the family, I have to agree with them. My and I are so much alike it is scary, but I would not change it for the world. As for mrsdinty, when my and I are sitting there watching TV, news or other programs and we come out with the same comment at the same time, she just looks at the two of us with that "not again" look, smiles and shakes her head from side to side. And when it happens I just say to myself,"that's my boy"

My Dad and me were a little like that. Everyone used to say that there were no doubts about who my father was!

Alfie...
