Three more months of snow to go......sigh

Mrsdinty took this photo earlier today before I left for work. Running out of places to put the snow. The fence is 4ft, and the snow is about a foot over that. Two more inches to fall over night.
Think I would rather be at the pool with marylou.

No snow blowing in Texas, I hope, maybe one day of ice and snow, then bring on the spring.

Continued unseasonable warm here. Sounds like paradise but if we don't get rain (this is the third year of drought) our agriculture will be severely impacted. When that happens everyone pays the price with higher prices at the grocery store. Wish you could send us some of that stuff. Wouldn't have to worry about the cold as it would melt on it's way across Arizona.

LOL, yes it would be nice if it only was that simple. Here's hoping you get that much need rain.

We have the US news here in Ireland and I know some parts are suffering a lot. Take good care, stay in in the heat, and no sliding on the ice for fun, you're beyond it now

Dang, how right you are Robyn.

Pretty much the same as here.

Fortunately, it's wimpy Western snow, not the heavy Eastern stuff I don't miss.

dinty3 replies on 1/4/2014 7:23 pm:
Or the Eastern freezing rain, was not fond of that at all.

Hi Dinty: It looks like the frozen Arctic here too. We are having 'frost quakes' which sound like a loud explosion and feels like an earthquake, and Winter just started a couple of weeks ago. Brrrrrr.

It is amazing how loud it can be and can scare the poop out of ya.

Wow! It has been many years since I had to handle a lot of snow, and seeing all the snow in that picture, dinty, makes me glad about it. Brrrr...

It only takes a drop of ink to make a million people think. There are many stories.

Still gives a good work out, but older folks have to beware of the dreaded heart attack.
