My eating disorder. First off, I love to cook and I enjoy eating. My eating disorder is, it takes me a long time to eat, a sandwich and soup, around a half hour. Supper an hour or so, Formal eating two hours minimum. By the time I finish supper I am the only one left at the table, well me and the three dogs that is. To me, eating is an art not just a necessity. Mrsdinty and I can make wine and a baguette last an hour. I often wonder, do people in a restaurant who, when the meal arrives, eat and leave in 20 to 30 minuets really enjoy the meal? |

I always eat fast, eating slowly will let you taste the food well it should be the best way to eat like you do. Betty "The only way to have a friend is to be one."

I've always been a very fast eater, sometimes I've finished before Ann has really started. I was on the move a lot when I was working and I guess it is an habit I acquired. I still enjoy my food though. Alfie...

I love to linger over a meal. Not only is it better for your digestion, but also I enjoy taking the time to socialize with whomever I'm dining. I too have noticed that many treat eating like a necessary evil...lol.

I probably was about average in the time for meals department until I became a mom. Since my kids are pretty spread out I spent about 25 years gulping what I could while I could. there was Wallas one crying, one spilling, one truing to feed the veggies to the dog etc. I am afraid people must have thought I was raised by wolves and starved for days. Now I have digestive problems so have to take it slowly or suffer. Spiritwoman ^i^
