Why oh why?

Why do some people in chat continually have to harass some people .. i have one bloke and i do use that term loosely who will just not leave me alone .. he sends me perverted and suggestive pm's .. i have chosen to ignore him but tonight was the last straw .. yes i swore at him and told him where to go .. this person has also sent these sort of pm's to a few ladies i know .. so why oh why is he continually allowed to get away with this time after time . . as i said .. tonight was the last straw and i have finally reported him .. and if anyone asks .. yes i will gladly name and shame him .. i am so sick of this offensive behaviour even though he will deny it until he is blue in the face .. and then you get the people that will chat with you one day and not the next unless none of their buddies are there then they are quite happy to chat with you .. what a whacked up world we live in .. in saying this .. think i will go on an aussie walkabout .. for a couple of weeks maybe .. (that is stay away from here for awhile)

 I think I'll make another visit to Chat. I know there are many pervs on all these sites, including Irish ones, but as I dont go into chat, I cant believe someone in there doesnt stop him, I presume you dont talk to him privately. He is ignorant, perverted, a low down excuse for a man a d I would certainly report him. He may not just disappear straight away but once in my time here I reported someone for sending me pics of his privates and he was gone within 2 weeks. What time do you go into chat, I might join you there and say hello.
