Yeah, what did they teach us as kids? No wonder we are all crazy. lol Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

Some f those fairytales really were brutal. But we enjoyed them, didn't we? Alfie...

I miss the old fairy tales, and given the times they taught a lot of life lessons, brutal as they may seem to some now.

I some how missed the violence or understood fiction but my sister used to have nightmares about them. Spiritwoman ^i^

I can't remember them now but my grandmother used to have a couple of similar type stories in Italian.. Spiritwoman ^i^

I am familiar with the rat situation. My neighborhood was invaded by tree rats. They got into the house and garage and did all of the things you mentioned. Implied not allow poison and the alternatives failed until we ended up getting the pellet gun and 22 out and declared war. I hate killing anything but the rats did do much damage, ruined so many things and made the house smell so bad i had no difficulty eliminating them. I often refer to that time as the rat wars. ; Spiritwoman ^i^
