I tried sushi one time, a long time ago, and did not like it. I understand there are many kinds though, but I've not had the nerve to try it again.
My oldest son loves it, and ordered one of the many variety plates at the Asia Café in Knoxville, Tennessee, when we met him there one time. Phillip Lim, the owner, served it himself and laughed at me when I made a face.
It's become quite popular though, and many of the Chinese buffets in our area also offer a sushi bar.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Thank you, mrsjoe. I too, did not like sushi until I tasted them at this shop which is reputed to be the second best in Japan. The sushi back home are way behind.
