It is rare to find such a bountiful cannon ball tree.

What an unusual tree! All the fruit grows around the bottom near the trunk instead of up among the leaves. You take such interesting pictures.

I DON'T THINK I HAVE EVER SEEN A TREE LIKE THAT ONE. WHAT ARE THE FRUITS LIKE? ARE THEY EDIBLE?

No, even the monkeys do not eat it.

Very interesting tree. At first sight I thought of a kind of pear. Now I know more!
The blossoms are beautiful. Thanks for sharing, Lee

Interesting! I would love to see one of these in person.

The flowers are unusual.

Are there any uses for the cannon balls?

I have not seen anyone use these canon balls. However, the tree is often found in the compound of Thai temples. It has something to do with Buddha.
