I'm not sure who you are addressing but 2 people come to mind immediately. Unfortunately these are folks who live this way and find this blog community to be a stage for their performance. I fully concur with Mrsjoe that it is a matter respect for others or lack there of. The politicos here are only following the shinning examples of disrespectful behavior we force fed by our leaders. Insult, belittle, do your best to discredit but never a actually do anything.

We do not need to have an opinion. Example the hot topic of multiple handles. My thought is so what? Does it really matter what labels we choose to put on what we say? Does it change what is said?

Personally I don't feel the issues others get passionate over are even worth having an opinion about. Other than a select few who do their up most to agitate I can come up with both positive and negative responses to any blog or comment. Life just isn't black and white. There is a little good in the worst of and a little bad in the rest. I try my best to only contribute positive comments or just not respond. If I think I can contribute something that may be helpful I might present some information that is just that, information. Unfortunately many put a negative spin on simple information because in their world there is only right and wrong and everything needs to be labeled. There are those who can not handle this and chose to label me a hypocrite for my finding both positive and negative parts to an opinion. There is one I individual on here that never fails to follow me through my comments on other blogs to sling insults just because they aren't able to understand.

Enjoy this season of celebrating rebirth no matter what you choose to call it.

I think that SHOE fits more than one person. I witnessed many comments made in order to dissuade or ridicule you from posting on Leaf's blogs. They were calling you out in hopes that you'd stop responding. I figured any thinking person would have recognized that tactic for what it was worth...not much.

Hi Roxy,

My guess is that it is that couple again - Don and the blue spread and many other names. Frankly, they bore me after a while. You are right: comment whenever and whereever and side with whoever. That is your right.
I face no such problem. I can comment without being called names. Maybe it's because I am a foreigner and do not know what is left, right or central and am not a Christian and do not know who the heck is Limbaugh.
Just keep blogging. I know you will not sink to their level of name- calling and insults because you have a happy life outside SFF

Ha ha ha Roxy, not laughing at you, but please laugh along with me here. We are at an age where we shouldn't give a darn about what people say, or think about us, though some of us do, well, maybe just a tad.

I don't know who you are talking about, doesn't matter, it's really not important to me, you just go ahead and say what you feel. Don't let others bind your mind, or do your thinking for you. Everyone's a critic here, everyone has opinions of their own and there is never going to come a day when everyone is going to agree with the same things that you do, such is life.

Smile and carry on!

Perhaps, but you don't help the situation by jumping into the fray with our own derisive comments.
