Bill Clinton should be appointed "Secretary of Explaining Things"

In President Obama's speech yesterday, he jokingly mention that someone suggested to him that he should consider appointing Bill Clinton as "Secretary of Explaining Things" for his ability to clearly explain political matters in terms that most people can understand.

Last night, Piers Morgan interviewed Bill Clinton on a number of current issues, including Iran's political views and their capability of developing a nuclear weapon, Israel, and the kicker, that the president of Iran questions whether or not there was a Holocaust!

Another topic they discussed, was Clinton's ability to become President of France, inasmuch as he was born in a state that was covered by the "Louisiana Purchase." He also could become president of Ireland because of his Irish heritage. Not that he is considering either, but it was interesting to note the possibility.

It's a lot easier to explain things once one is no longer in office because there is less concern about offending vested interests. Slick Willie is a pretty smart guy who certainly knows power politics and how it works.

You don't get to become a Rhodes scholar by acting in Hollywood B movies.

One of the things I personally liked about Bill Clinton was his ability to be at ease with the people. If you had seen the town where he was born, one could see why the Republicans and the Elitist's Democrats disliked him. He was one of those people who was "BORN" on the wrong side of the tracks, I have seen the town of Hope and believe me it ain't a lot. Mike Huckabee was born in that same small town. Both Clinton and Huckabee went on to be Governor of Arkansas. Another thing is Bill Clinton is a leader. I always said it was to doggone bad he didn't learn to keep his zipper up. I think he could have went down as a much better President.
Clinton was an amateur compared to JFK when it came to straying off the marital reservation.

You act like that is something to be real proud of for both men.
And you act like you have a different standard for the gentlemen in question.

This blog wasn't about commenting on his sex life. It's a nown fact that he is a great orator and has the ability to break issues down so that the less intelligent can understand!
