up date
Since my last blog, I have had a number of thing happen First I had gastric bypass, because blood suger in 400+,so that is under control, my Gall bladder went bad about 6 months later. I lost down to 198 and was earing 36x29 jeans. Then my aorti valve that has been leaking for 9 year due to tic fever, started to go south on me so I gained back up to 215 and 38 x 29 pants. and I had about 5 a vib from 2005 to 2017. I had a valve put in on July 5, 2017 and everything is going uphill. I feel better than I ever have in the last 20 years. also just moved into poll barn house, which I have about 70% done. Also put picture of my life mate, Penny Love u all Wilber
