Life update

Happy New Year to all, It has been a while since on here, I am still alive and well. Right knee is doing ok but left one is about ready for replacement. Also problems with Liver. Dr. said I need to lose down from 270 to about 185. I am on atkins and down to 238, still a ways to go. Will be moving back to Arkansas this summer and semi retire. Love Ya All wilber
