Just say'n Hi...

My plate it is full and although I don't think it's a bad thing.. I just think I have to sort through and prioritize better.. lol.. ya know.. seperate the corn from the mashed potatoes.. set the salad aside for a later time..

ok.. this isn't about food but.. it's the same meaning... lol.. when your plate is so full you get uncomfortable after eating it.. lol.. so I am uncomfortable with somethings that are going on in life..

My first and foremost plan is to find a new job.. I have never just walked off a job before.. but I hear there is always a first time! lol.. I do however have a great Exit letter lined up! lol.. ohhh I can't wait to stick it ..er um... give it to them...

Yesterday they laid my Uncle to rest.. my brother was Pallbarer.. I spoke to him some, it made me feel connected somehow I guess. He told me that all my Uncle's family (his wife, my Aunt, is the blood relative for me) was asking about us, since we weren't there..

My parents and I spent sometime yesterday talking about what we remembered most about my Uncle Sam... lol.. He had the greatest laugh.. and the most unique way of irratating the crap out of my Aunt! lol... they were a cute couple.. But the most I remember is the way he would tell a joke..

He never finished them! He would either forget the ending.. or screw it up.. and always.. always.. cracked himself up before the end got there! lol.. he would be laughing before he told the whole joke.. so everyone would laugh at him, laughing... lol.. and he would never finish.. I guess in his mind he did.. since everyone laughed! lol.. He reminded me of Red Skelton.. laughing at his own jokes.. lol.. I sit here with a smile on my face thinking about it..

He will be missed..

I have not stopped the idea of going to school.. I have found something that I really like.. and My plate is full with my job situation the way it is.. this just may be the opportunity that I have waited for.. so.. I will stop at the college and see what they offer here.. wish me luck.. I'm excited..

Other than that.. my life is good.. the last part of May I go on a very needed vacation.. and I am sooo looking forward to that.. I really need it! lol

Well.. all.. I'm just really checking in to say hi and to see what others have been doing..

Take gentle care.. and smile.. today only lasts for 24 hours and as of right now.. 7 of them are over on the east coast! lol.. Woohoo!! Watch out tomorrow.. here I come!! lol...

Smile!!

You are doing the best thing by remembering and talking about your uncle that passed. Hang in there and all will work out. Hope you find that new job soon and or get into school and follow your passion!
