Personality Types..

We are the most complex beings.. so many different Personalities..

In my past.. my journey has brought me down some roads that most people would never have traveled and that most people would judge me differently on.. I used to care.. today I have come to understand that it is because of my personal journey, I am who I am today. And I like me..

I have seen posts about what SFF calls 'Love Type' it is much more than that.. it is a glimpse of what we are made of.. if we are open to see what lays within. It is a tool to understand what drives us as individuals.. why we communicate differently.. how we process.. let me give you an example..

Have you ever been involved with someone who SEEMS to 'clam' up when angry or thinking about what has happened.. if you are an 'E' Extrovert.. this is one of the hardest things.. because you NEED to talk about it.. and you will talk until you are blue in the face if you trying to get a response from the 'I' Introverted person..

We process things differently.. the only way to process it to understand what we feel...

Extroverts talk it out.. and need to because they do not even know until after it is said that.. that is they way they feel..

Introverts go within to understand what they feel.. they seem to withdraw but not for reasons we think.. they are just trying to process what they feel and what has happened.. giving them a chance is the key for an Extrovert.. they will come back and talk about it with you..

I have known I am an ENFP for many years.. my best friend is an ISFJ lol.. talk about differences! lol.. but because of him and his ability to work through things and very good at it I may add.. he has helped me grow into the person I am today.. He used to laugh at me.. cause I would talk about him so much.. today I do not talk about him.. but the footsteps he left in my heart have changed my life forever..
one day.. I would love to introduce him to you.. Perhaps.. tomorrow I will blog about him.. if only he knew!! lol..

I'm sorry I got off track.. lol.. that is the "P" in me.. lol.. I can write blogs on each letter.. for they are interesting characteristics that makes us who we are..

This is whay Myers/Briggs and SFF, along with a few of the other names tests have concurred I am.. and I have to be honest.. it is very very true.. one does not like to be 'molded' or contained into one idea or thing.. but.. if you use this as a tool.. it will open your eyes on the DEPTH of an individual.. and if answered truthful.. I have never known it to be wrong...

ENFP General

You believe life is abundant, love is plentiful, and creativity is always within your grasp. If God combined the bouncing energy of a cocker spaniel with the enthusiasm of a couple on their honeymoon, God would still be only halfway to duplicating your insatiable zest for life.

For my friends can testify.. this really is me.. I love life.. I love to live life.. and above all I love to experience all life has to offer! What is more exciting than letting the wind of life whip through your hair.. looking only for the good life holds...

ENFP when in love

“Puppy love” is a good term for describing your take on romance: fun, frisky, playful, cuddly, and young at heart. No matter what your age or how many times your heart has been broken, you are an eternal optimist when it comes to love. You are not someone who proceeds cautiously when you meet someone you find attractive. You are likely to fall passionately in love - or at least lust - quickly, spontaneously, and with total abandon. Holding something back for later is a concept you can’t quite grasp, especially when it comes to the joy of creating a new and exciting relationship. Yes, COMMITMENT can scare you. That one word may explain why you are still single at thirty, forty, fifty, or beyond. But you love, absolutely love, the concept of intimacy, sharing, and relationships. If only you could find that special one, you would be set for life.

lol.. I laugh when I get this image.. a puppy that is always bouncing around when you get home from work.. the zest I have for life.. cannot be contained and it does overflow into my relationships.. whether it be friends.. lovers.. family.. (this is where my friend is driven crazy about me! lol.. he tells me all the time.. you just put yourself so out there.. you don't hold nothing back..) for me.. it's the only way to experience what life holds.. I know no other way.. I run into life with my face upfront and ready for all of it.. ya know the wind in that puppies face hanging out the window to feel the wind.. that is where the thrill of it all comes from... luckily thanks to my friend.. I have worked on and do process.. those are my reflecting moments.. and without them.. I would be like a freak'n balloon in the wind! lol.. )

ENFP where to meet

Where can you meet a Social Philosopher? Social Philosophers enjoy stimulating conversation and interesting people, and, like the Idealistic Philosopher and Mystic Writer, favor activities that revolve around psychology, philosophy, the arts, and helping others. Unlike Idealistic Philosophers and Mystic Writers, Social Philosophers seize every opportunity for social contact. They love the spotlight and are known to be excellent teachers and public speakers. Social Philosophers also routinely attend art gallery openings, wine tastings, fund-raisers, concerts, lectures, and plays. They may also be members of The Single Gourmet - a dining club for singles with sophisticated tastes.

I have said it before.. I am a Pisces.. there are two fish.. one is my creative side..the one that swims against the current.. to experience what and where most do not go.. and the other is the fish that likes to go with the stream.. relaxing for the next time.. I break free and experience life.. I need this side of me to regroup.. to understand... to be balanced..
___________________________________________

I am a true ENFP.. and love every minute of who I am.. I am like Pooh in this picture for the most part.. a Dreamer.. one day.. I may find that dream.. I will never give up.. Life will never beat me.. it will and has knocked me down.. but my Spirit is more than Life hands out.. it is who I am created to be...

Have a great day all..

Today marks a brand new day.. with brand new experiences!! Let go find them!!! woohoo!! lol..

Gina

You're the first woman who EVER called me complex. (Thank you!)

Most refer to me as "simple" and "transparent." Maybe the difference is that those who've said that have known me... you don't.

Very interesting Gina. I did the Enneagram course a few years ago. There are nine different personality types, I'm a number seven. I found it really enjoyable and very helpful. It has made me more aware of what makes different people tick. I'm the optimist!! Cheerful, enthusiastic, amusing, full of charm and fun. LOL.

Now Gina that's what I was told, and who am I to disagree The down side of sevens are, will do anything to avoid pain, always on the go but tend to take on too much at one time thus very seldom finish what they start out to achieve, very bad listeners, narcissistic superficial people. If one is found to have all of these faults it means we sevens are a very unhealthy group. I know I have some of those faults but not them all TG

Maudie..

I've done the Enneagram too.. I'm an number 2..lol.. so is my best friend.. a number 2 is a person who needs to be needed..the Helper you know what is really funny.. seeing yourself in action through someone else! lol.. my wing is a 1.. but I am nowhere near a perfectionist..unless it's me judging me! lol..

I also did one that shows which animal/mammal we are like.. Owls being wise.. foxes being clever... I am a dolphin.. the one who trys to save..

God.. do ya see a pattern here?? lol..

I took those other tests too.. ya know.. what does this ink blot show? tell me the story in these tiles... um.. a picture of a little girl sitting alone.. tell me what she is feeling.. thinking.. I was given I think 6 different puzzles.. and I had to put them together against a clock.. lol.. that was fun! lol.. The test that took most people more time to do.. took me only seconds.. and the one that is the easiest.. took me OMG.. I needed help putting it together!! lol.. I'm so backwards! lol.. I guess that meant simplicity is not me! lol..

And the result of the tests... lol.. ya don't want to know! lol..
