Hello, Vina. Welcome to SFF. One of the quirks in the blogs is that a blog won't show up so others can see it until it has a comment. Kind of a catch 22, because if nobody can see it, how can they comment? That's why, when we write a blog, we also make the first comment.
I hope you find what you are seeking. I joined back in 2003, and was searching for a friend, but the Lord brought me a wonderful love with a man who had just moved into my area. We were married for over 18 years before he passed away.
I know several others who have found their mates in SFF, including Alfie and Ann who post here in the blogs.
If you haven't already, I would suggest checking out the chat rooms also. The blogs move pretty slow sometimes, and the number of views of a blog are highly inflated by SFF for some reason. You will soon discover the personalities behind the names and there are some really nice folks here, along with a strange one who changes her handle multiple times and writes blogs that nobody answers.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
