 Isn't John Roberts supposedly a conservative? Yet when I look back at his decision on obamacare, which basically forced people to buy insurance, didn't he then claim it was a tax? Now people are fined if they don't have any insurance and most can't afford it, so they pay the fine and get nothing! The criticism towards him didn't even phase him and he let down the American citizens. I don't remember everything that happened with this, but the things I do remember tell me one of our conservative judges isn't so conservative.
