Excellent, Dan.
A true story...... a woman I know had two young adult sons and was about to be married. Both sons seemed to like the man she was going to marry, but maybe because he gave them everything they asked him to help them? Soon after they were married, the younger one asked for something, and the woman told her husband he had to stop giving them everything they needed or they would never become self sufficient. The son became so angry he vowed to never speak to his mother again.
And he didn't for 20 years.
Last weekend, there was a family gathering and he spoke to her for the first time and asked her forgiveness for the way he had acted. It was an answer to her prayers and the prayers of many of us who knew the situation.

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Great they are talking again but how sad to have lost 20 years that they can't get back.
