What does yours cost Hey I'm looking for the cost of materials only for those that can do it themselves, the photo is me putting new oil in one of our locomotives at the Golden gate railroad Museum. In the photo you see four 55 gallon drums take 10 gallons out of one the rest goes in the locomotive, that comes out to 210 gallons at $1,500 a drum |

That does not include the cost of the oil filters

Just curious, is it special oil. like a heavy weight? that comes to almost 7 a quart, which is higher than most oil at walmat.
