i hope all are well. here in DIXIE wehave normal? weather

old age is setting in. my ruptured disc, L 3 4 5, PLUS MY COMPRESION FRACTURE. A I HAS FLARED UP. I TRY TO KEEP ACTIVE WALKING WORKING AROUND H OUSE.

sciatica nerve on left side active heheh

i think i will do a round of epidurals
