IT APPEARS

THAT I WILL SEE HE NEW YEAR IN THE RAVAGES OF A SINUS CONGESTION MAJOR
LEAGUE TYPE

EYES FEEL LIKE THEY ARE LAREG AS SAUCERS SINUS DRAIAGES IS LIKE NIAGARA FALLS. IT IS GROSS TO SAY BUT I AM HAVING TO SPIT THE CRUDE IN A WASTE CAN LINED WITH TRASH BA\GS. SNEEZING AND COFFING. I AM TAKING AMOXICILIAN, AND BENADRYL. (SP), HOT SHOWER ON MY FACE. SOME HELPS SOME IS TEMPT. I AM BLESSED I HAVE NO HEADACHE OR I SHOULD SAY SINUS ACHE

I HAVE GONE THRU ALL THE SOUP IN THE HOUSE. ANY THING HOT LIQUID FEELS BETTER TO MY THROAT. I HAVE SUFFERED WIT THIS FOR SOME 50 YEARS. FUNNY THING IS WE HAD SUPR HEAVY RAIN AND I THOUGHT ALL POLLEN N DUST WOULD HAVE GONNE. THEN I FOR GET HOW OLD MY HOUSE IS AN HOW WONDERFUL I DUST HAHAHA

 Come on up..... our temps were in the 40s today, and cloudy and damp.
By Wed, it will only get up to around freezing.
I don't know about your area, but I'm hearing of several people who have bacterial pneumonia and the cough and congestion seems to hang on, and that creates sore throat and hoarseness.
Sometimes, I wish I could just get my groceries delivered, but that's not an option out here in the middle of nowhere. I guess I could order and pick up, which I may do to stay away from people.
Hope you get better quickly.

thank you pat, u feel aame asu do abut del of groceries but i enjoy getting out cahtting to folks, i hope tempa cool down soon. alosi dont trust othe sto del my foods or pick out my stuff, i hear many likeit, so i may adjust my feelins, i am near alli shope excpet cosco. pat stay warm

 HAVE YOU TRIED INHALING HEAVILY SALTED HOT WATER? JUST BOIL THE WATER, PUT A TOWEL OVER YOUR HEAD AND THE POT ONCE IT IS OFF THE BURNER. SOMETIMES IT WORKS MIRACLES.

 THANK YOU MR ALFIE . yes it does. left side sinus (upper) has tooth root growing into it. i had no idea that could happen tell i saw x rays. so it has less sizE , cloggS EASIER

 Sorry to hear you're not feeling well.

When my throat gets scratchy, it's a sign that I caught some kind of a bug. I gargle with warm salt water a couple times a day, drink organic green tea with organic honey in it. The darker the honey, the better it is for you. Grocery store honey isn't that great and most likely isn't real honey. Look for organic raw honey. I take extra vitamin C, it's supposed to help clear out the lungs. I also heard ginger does as well.

mrs archer ihave in teh past, i now heat up canned soup na d add hot sauce and any thing spicy, it sooths throat and seems too helps sinus run more.

nile thank you i take vit c daly and take amoxicillion plus bentadryl. hot coffe or soup helps
