SUMMATION OF JOHN DURHAMS FILINGS, MONDAY THE FIRST PART IS HEADLINES FROM A FAUX/ FOX NEWS ARTICLE. IT IS VERY LENGTHY I CHOSE. TO NOT POST IT. I FOUND A GREAT SUMMATION IN THE COMMENTS. IF ANYONE CARES TO READ THE ENTIRE ARTICLE. IT NAMES MANY NAMES WHO HAVE BEEN DEPOSED AND INDICTED. IT IS ON FAUX/FOX NEWS SITE Durham releases former Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann's message, says he put 'lie in writing' Sussmann had claimed he was meeting with an FBI official 'not on behalf of a ' "There is some other information in this filing, that to my mind is actually more important than the fact that he has a stating Sussmann's lie to Baker. In the filing, when discussing the Clinton campaign he stated- "These parties acted as 'joint venturer[s]' and therefore should be 'considered as co-conspirator[s],'". To my knowledge, this is the first time Durham has stated that different players were all working in concert to submit this information. In other words, he has them in a "conspiracy" to commit a crime. That is important because conspiracy charges bring along different rules than regular charges had the individuals had committed crimes unconnected to another. The main difference is that it extends the time of statutes of limitations. In a conspiracy, every action they take in "furtherance" of the crime, is included as the date they last committed a criminal act, even if the act itself is not a crime. Also, Durham notes that he has a witness to who he has given immunity, and is working with another witness to perhaps give immunity. Something that is not mentioned here are those who chose to pay the fines for their crimes instead of denying what they did. That tells me those involved are guilty of the crimes they committed and want this swept under a rug, but I doubt at this point Durham is going to let that happen.

AS I SAW WHILE WORKING IN LOCAL JAIL. RATS WILL ROLL OVER ON THEIR OWN MOTHER TO AVOID LONGER TIEM IN JAIL. I THINK HE IS FINDING THE LAYERS OF THE ONION ARE GETTING CLOSE TO THE CORE. I SUSPECT HILLS, COMEY, CLAPPER, AND EVEN FBI CHIEF WRAY IS LAWYERING UP AS WE SPEAK. AS WELL AS MANY LOWER HANGING FRUIT THE DAYS WILL END ... TIME WILL BE ETERNAL

How can that be? It was seen in real time by so many people.... and it is all over you tube. I feel sorry for him, but I certainly don't want the alternative if he steps down.  THE DAYS WILL END ... TIME WILL BE ETERNAL
