Too old

For some reason this old body falls asleep early now. So sometimes I'm here early and sometimes very late.

 My sleep pattern is erratic these days. Sometimes, I fall asleep in my chair, and when I get up to go to the bed, I'm wide awake for a few hours. Sometimes, I'm just awake until around 3am. Sometimes, I sleep a few hours, sometimes several. I guess I'm in my "sometimes" phase of life.
Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

 SLEEP HAS ALWAYS BEEN A PROBLEM FOR ME. I HAVE LEARNED TO GO TO BED AROUND MIDNIGHT NOW AND SLEEP IN PERIODS OF ABOUT 1.5 HOURS SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE GETTING UP. SOMETIMES I DOZE OFF JUST BEFORE GETTING UP. BUT I AM VERY WIDE AWAKE DURING THE DAY.

 I barely ever see anyone anymore. I am at work or gardening, and by the time I pop in everyone is off to bed. Big hugs Star, don't feel bad, I start movies and fall asleep before the opening credits.
