I had a love / hate relationship with mandatory overtime throughout my working career. A lot of the money went into my home so I'm thankful for it now. Congrats ... you have it under control!

You go, gal. With good in home care nurses and aides, hopefully less people will need long term care facilities. Although I spent most of my nursing career in long term care, I don't think I could do it these days. Not just because my body couldn't take it, but emotionally I know I could not take the lack of care and caring that I saw when Joe was in one in 2019 for a week. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

You Go Girl! You are one of the few! One thing confuses me. The hypocrites on this site belittle one nurse as a bed pan changer and congratulate another. Even more confusing is when those in the same profession remain silent or join in the belittling.
