The doors are open!

This morning we got to go inside. There are hardwood floors. We have two years for renovations. The bathroom and kitchen are complete gut jobs, but that is ok. I am loving the stairs. I am putting up a few pictures so you can see our new hobby.

Looks like you need a lot of Acetone to strip off all that painted wood. That or gut it all out and rebuild with natural stained woods. Wish I had a house to rework.

Good luck.

20 K for the kitchen and 10 for a bathroom.
The two greatest expenses in a home.
It is a challenge that makes life interesting.
Enjoy!

Sometimes when homes have been remodeled to give the open effect-------- Support of the roof has been weakened ------ allowing ceilings etc to sag and walls to bulge later.
I'm sure you know that.

Hard to tell from these pictures, but if the house has good 'bones', what a super project it's going to be!!!

I love to read about handy women projects!!!

And now........... LET THE ADVENTURE BEGIN!

Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
