Finally, a floor.

I leveled and did a subfloor months and months ago. Now for flooring .
This is second hand factory second oak, second hand. Picked over once.
Ok. It was super cheap. Working with flooring this raw is a bit tough.

Min Wax wipe on stain is easy to use.
Then two topcoats of Varathane brushed on would last forever.
Golden oak color would keep it light like a gym floor.

You are a very talented creator.

When the boards are not exactly straight you can spring them together with an angled nailer and the heavy mallet made for that purpose. Rental places have them.
You probably already know that. LOL

NO WAY I WOULD EVER DO THAT MYSELF. I WOULDN'T KNOW WHERE TO BEGIN. MANUAL STUFF JUST ISN'T MY THING. I ADMIRE YOUR COURAGE AND TALENT.

I used to tackle a few projects around the house, but nothing that complicated and time consuming. I admire your ability to do it.
