Feeding the masses I have learned to make cottage cheese. A by-product of which is whey, which is the highly nutritional remnants of the milk after the cheese curds form. Tonight I promised to make bread for my . I also am making bunches of mini loaves for my work family and some residents. I'll be sharing some homemade rhubarb strawberry jam as well. I love to bake, but can't have most baked goods, this is a fun way to do something I enjoy and spoil my family and coworkers. This is honey oat.

I USED TO BAKE ONCE IN AWHILE BUT CONSIDERING THE COST HAVE STOPPED AND NOW BUY THINGS NOW AND THEN. HOW NICE OF YOU TO BAKE MOSTLY FOR OTHERS.

My grandparents always had an over abundance of milk and my gramma often made cottage cheese. It was ok to me, just not a favorite. My grandpa refused to eat it because he said it was turkey food because when he was a boy, they clabbered extra milk and fed it to their turkeys. I even made goat cheese when my kids were little. It's fun and interesting to see what you can make with what you have on hand. I've been seeing recipes for high protein desserts and flat breads using cottage cheese, and/or yogurt. I'm thinking of try some of them because I have realized my diet is low on protein. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
