She starts off with a lie about how long she has been posting religious blogs to attack other members. So the rest is irrelevant. I do hope she doesn't break her arm, patting herself on the back. She would do well to heed Proverbs 29:23, Psalm 138:6, 1 Samuel 2:3, Matthew 6:1, and so many others that condemn boastfulness about self. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Oh, and I was married for almost 30 years before my first husband passed away, and Joe and I met here in SFF in our later years and were married for almost 19 years before he passed away. There are several others in here who have met and married in their later years and also are hitting close to that 20 year mark. So I have no idea what she is even talking about concerning the amount of time anyone has been married. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Between dating and marriage, separation and divorce it was almost 50 years. I got divorced because of him and I wanted to be able to marry someone I fell in love with. And ex lives about 15 mins away from me. We r civil because of our kids and grandchild

I was married for 46 years. I think that's a fair number of years.  Some people like to make silly sweeping statements that have no credence what so ever.
