I'm a 47 years old and have been divorced for the past 7 years. I work for a computer systems company and like what I do but am still considering taking a couple of classes in the fall. I'm very content being alone. I'm not clingy,needy, and certainly not desperate. I'd love to find the right one someday, but if that never happens, then I'll still be ok. I suppose marriage would be ok but I don't have to have that. Sometimes I think I'd prefer just a committed relationship with someone. A relationship where we both keep our own place. LOL! I don't know. But I do know that I believe I'll know the right one when he comes along.
My Ideal Person:
In a word? Character. Over the years, my relationships have consisted of getting involved with the wrong people for ME. Also, possibly because I AM a strong, capable person, I seem to tend to attract emotionally disturbed men. I'm not interested in that. I want someone as well-balanced, mentally and emotionally, as I am. A true partner, in every sense of the word.
