The things I enjoy are laughter, reading, rock and roll music and computer time. I would love to travel - but not financially feasible. I enjoy dining, movies, theatre, silence and conversation.
I have two sons, both early twenties and off on their own, neither is married and I have no grandchildren yet.
Some of my favorite foods are DARK CHOCOLATE, pizza, lasagna, pasta, tacos.
One of the more interesting things I've done in my life was spending four years in the Air Force – I wish I had stayed in but we were under a pay freeze almost the entire time I was in. I acquired my B.A degree through the GI bill. Another thing that might surprise people is that I have a motorcycle license; I took a class in college because I enjoyed riding as a passenger – it’s been a long time since I’ve had that pleasure.
The types of television shows I enjoy are Primetime, 20/20, 60 Minutes, Dateline, PBS, NOVA, Scientific Frontier, etc.
I am an Aries, quiet, shy, an introvert; with an easy-going personality, and am an avid bookworm. If only we could be paid to do the one thing we really love - I would be very rich. I admit I am not a very active person and live a low key lifestyle. I really do not like to party or shop. I live in the middle of no-where and seldom get to see anyone except at work…so I am seeking a pen pal or two.
My Ideal Person:
I’ve lived most of my life vicariously, so perhaps someone who just likes to communicate. I’d like to know how people get through life, when they don’t have a book to hide behind. The people I tend to be attracted to are gentle, quiet, humorous.
