I am a positive and fun loving woman. My nature is to enjoy whatever I'm doing. Live theatre work has always shaped my life. Nothing is a greater artistic challenge. But the success isn't a substitute for having a partner in my life. I still come home alone. Someone waiting to hear about my day, take me in his arms and let me know that I'm loved.
What would I look for in a partner? The ideal man-would value kindness (which is very much underrated), . He would be interested in the chaos of war and global warming and also care about whether or not I slept well last night
A level of maturity, self control and insight into yourself as a whole person should precede finding a partner. Two "whole" people joining together.
I might make dinner. Afterward, we would find so much to talk about that we'd be up half the night still talking- growing closer. We would find compatible interests; be curious about each other.
Sparks would fly.
I'd just like to add... Most of us know how NOT to have a relationship. And perhaps have failed and been hurt, wounded. Therefore, mutual respect and trust are essential. We need to be careful with each other.
I also believe that without laughter, light-heartedness, the ability to laugh at our stumbles and errors, because we are human and not perfect. We must laugh at ourselves as well as the world at large- for there is humor in the way we all live together on this planet.
And I'm a dyed in the wool optimist. The ol' metaphor still exists- seeing the glass as half full.
If you have read my ramblings this far- I thank-you. Sometimes I sound like I make things more difficult than they really are, but I am truly a woman who takes pleasure in the simple things in life. And has a heart full of love.

My Ideal Person:
Relationships take work and practice. Forgiveness and sacrifice. One shouldn't look at a relationship as making them whole- like a piece is missing until they can find a partner. A spirit of sacrifice and compromise, patience, and forgiveness are necessary.I respect integrity in a person, the ability to reflect on their own behavior.
I will always look for the positive in any situation, I will encourage, or provide solace whenever I'm needed. I can be intense or easy going- I prefer conversation to television; I prefer the unusual to ordinary. I prefer to express my feelings rather then holding everything in.
