My dog would love to have a new friend, and so would his “mom.” He’s a very social animal and loves to make new friends. He takes me for a walk every day, so if you enjoy the outdoors and walking, that’s a big bonus. He’s content to sit by me when I read or write kids’ stories or work in the garden. He knows his “mom” loves to dine out, go on picnics or day trips, so he’s happy when I’m doing what I enjoy. He naps while I’m busy with my volunteer activities or helping friends with landscaping and gardening. We’re both very active and would love to meet that special person who can enrich our lives. We don’t have many qualifications--just a decent, compassionate man who enjoys the outdoors, animals, movies, picnics and quiet times together. Since we’re both pretty “low-maintenance”, it would be nice if you’d rather go on a picnic than to an elegant restaurant and would rather wear jeans than a suit. Quiet evenings sharing a bowl of popcorn and watching a movie are our favorite activities, and if you enjoy that, my dog promises he’ll stay on the floor instead of the couch.
