Okay, I'm a really nice person. I'm independent, have my own family and life but it just isn't the same without a special man in it. I actually met my soul mate and was deeply in love with him, had the best life going and he keeled over and died unexpectedly.
That was hard to say the least, but life is very funny and sometimes not so gracious. You have two choices when those things happen and I took the choice that says you pick yourself up and get going.
So here I am. I'm not looking for a soul mate, just a good friend and then see if it develops. What's the worst that can happen, might make a friend....
I'm kinda pro-active in the sense that I am always trying out new things. I get on some kind of a kick for awhile and then I get into something else. I love to try new things that I'm interested in, and I have so much fun trying them out.
I am big on laughter, I can laugh for hours on end and I like it that way. I love to have long conversations about anything and everything. Love hearing another person's perspective.
On the subject of internet dating, there is one important thing to remember: Never Judge A Book By It's Cover, it never tells who the person really is.....
Lastly, don't be shy. So many people are shy and too afraid to just jump out there and talk, or make the first move. You will never get anywhere unless you do....

While you’re riding on a Harley, I’ll be shopping at the mall. While you’re golfing I’ll be babysitting my little granddaughters who delight me. While you’re skiing, jumping out of an airplane, or climbing a mountain, I’ll be doing my own hobbies that make me happy. Hopefully we can find a few things to do together so we can have fun together but I'm realistic enough to know that Im not going to like to do what you like because I am a woman.
My Ideal Person:
A warm, caring man that is enthusiastic about being with me, and does what he knows he should to make me happy because I'm going to be doing everything I can to make him happy and keep him happy.
