Finally, I am making time for me! Son is grown and doing his own thing. Mother is in a nursing home. Job is stable. Home remodeling projects are complete. I like animals (pet/house sit for fun and profit), I quilt, and a long term Netflix subscriber. I used to like to dance, but I have not been on the dance floor in 25 years (my late did not dance). I work nights at a job I really enjoy. My current focus is putting my wants/needs closer to the top of the list, instead of last in importance. This includes ringing bells in the cold, or walking for the cure. Doing good works fill your bucket. This shift from responsibity for others to responsibility to myself includes dipping my toe into the relationship pond. The nicest part of this for you is that I am fully independent - I am not looking for a banker, car mechanic, handy man, plumber, or knight in shining armour to rescue a damsel in distress. It would be nice to have someone to go out and play with.
