Thanks for stopping. The condensed version of me: Be yourself and comfortable in who you are. Life is way too short for facades. You get to choose your own attitude. You should never be dependent upon someone else for your happiness. One never knows where life will take them. More often the positive outweighs the negative. Smiles are very contagious. Laughter is the spice of life. Treat other people with respect and courtesy unless they give you a very good reason not to do so. No one is perfect. We did not get to this stage of our lives without some bumps in the road. You can't change the past; it's what you do with now and the future that is important. It's called character: stand up for what is right, even if you have to stand alone.

To entertain the thought that there could be a "perfect" match is unrealistic for anyone. There are always compromises to be made in any relationship.

The basic qualities that someone special should have is that he must be a good and honest person. He will need to have compassion, know how to laugh, and love the simple things in life. He should love children and animals. Be able to look outside his own needs and at the world around him. He should be intelligent and able to carry on a conversation.
