I am an energetic, warm, and sensitive woman...and, with the right person, am incredibly affectionate--as in high touch huggy kissy cuddly. Although the calendar says 61--the rest of me is about 30 something. I am a hopelessly incurable romantic--a real love bug. I think the heavens dance when two people click with each other. I am a university professor who hopes to retire in two years. I am the director of a bachelor of social work program and have been teaching for over 3 decades. I am very comfortable with myself as a person but long to find a special someone to share the simple joys and pleasures of life with. My Ideal Person:
My dream mate is honest, witty, intelligent, charming, educated, and secure in himself. He knows how to treat a woman. He is warm, tender, sensitive, and articulate. He communicates well and isn't afraid to share his feelings, his soul. He is not threatened by my intelligence and will be supportive of my career, as I will be of his, until we both hang them up. He looks good in a pair of jeans but doesn't mind looking stunning in a suit, if that's what is called for. He's not stuffy and not stuck on himself. Whatever issues he has faced as a result of the bumps in life's road, he has dealt with them and is ready to move on. He has softeness but can be strong, bright but can listen to the opinions of others, and is open minded rather than rigid and myopic. He is attractive and will make me melt just looking at him. And he is able to communicate well.
