I'm a relatively normal person who grew up on the East Coast and now make my home in Kentucky. A beautiful state, it has always held a fascination for me since I love thoroughbreds. I'm really into horse racing and just watching these beautiful animals. I also like cats (I have two), dogs, watching birds (I must have picked this up from my mother), going to yard sales, flea markets, taking day trips to no place in particular, bowling (although I stink at it!), dancing to the 1970s music, photography, volunteering, and a few other things as well. My Ideal Person:
I'm looking for a guy who isn't afraid to be a gentleman. The opening of doors and flowers are still appreciated by this woman. I'm independent, but like to know I have a strong shoulder to lean on when times get bad, and I've had a few rough patches in my life. I like spontaneity, and if you feel like trying a new idea for a date (within reason, of course), I'm up for it. I like taking drives in the country, photographing nature's wonders, and just seeing what life brings us around the corner.
