I am a very optimistic and energetic person. I have a good sense of humor. I have a cheerful disposition & enjoy listening to people. I always try to look for the silver lining in each situation although sometimes it is hard to find. I believe the foundation of any "good" relationship generally starts with friendship. Each morning I give thanks for another day and start it off with a smile on my face which continues through out my day. I enjoy cooking, baking, gardening, crafts,and traveling to see different sights. I do my best to stay physically fit and enjoy dancing. I also love going for nature walks. I'm very "flexible" when it comes to activities. I love excursions/ day trips around California; I have lived here in Sacramento since 1969 and still have yet to see the sights that most Californians have seen. I love surprises and new adventures. In fact each day is a new adventure. I love all animals. I think as time passes, we should always try to hold on to the child in us. "I STILL BELIEVE THE MAN SHOULD TAKE THE LEAD".

I am looking for someone who tries to have a positive outlook, who is cheerful and not melancholy, looks for the good in people, someone who tries to be healthy, active and physically fit as much as possible, who is kind, thoughtful, and has a compassionate heart and who is not afraid to "SHOW" compassion and has a beautiful smile. Hopefully he will also have a good sense of humor.
