Divorced for eight years, I am comfortable living alone with my hyper male dog and laid-back male cat. However, I continue to yearn for a joyful and loving relationship with a male of the two-legged species.
Although a couple's interests may diverge, I believe, more importantly, the values and core beliefs they share must be compatible.
The word "bored" is not in my vocabulary. I have many interests: reading; playing the piano; weaving tapestries on a loom; walking my dog; bicycling; enjoying nature; spending time with friends and family; dining out, particularly at restaurants with different ethnic foods; watching DVDs and movies; occasional concerts and theatre (when the budget permits); going to the Denver Art Museum.
I teach elementary music to students in grades K-5, which helps me stay young and reasonably fit. And which, some days, completely wipes me out.
With three marriages behind me and a healthy dose of individual and marital therapy, I remain audaciously hopeful of finding my life partner.
My Ideal Person:
The man I'm looking for will be kind, warm, honest, loyal, intelligent, with a good sense of humor. I am interested in a man who is emotionally available. Perfection not required.
