HI! I am an animal lover, especially the homeless, helpless, abandoned ones: cats, in particular. I am artistic, and a true friend. I appreciate HONESTY, even if it hurts! I HATE liars and thieves. I appreciate hard labor, rolled-up sleeves, and hands-on work! I don't mind getting dirty for a good cause (like repairing or remodeling, or gardening, or caring for an animal). I'm not as strong as I was when I was young, but I still garden with a pitchfork. I can measure and cut sheetrock, wood, etc. I can make a blueprint take-off for tile, brick, flooring and walls of any kind. I can design a mural, any size. I can design almost anything; logos, business cards, flyers, ads, etc. I was once considered a "wordsmith" and an advertising designer, as well as a portrait artist and illustrator. All the above qualities I appreciate and admire in others and respect those who have chosen to use their brains AND their hands! IN OTHER WORDS, you don't have to wear a tie, or be a CEO, to be worthy! Even Surgeons and Professional Artists have a lot in common, believe it or not. Creative and skilled individuals of all kinds are interesting to me!
My Ideal Person:
I'd like to find someone with old-fashioned manners, honesty, and mutual respect. I want a true friend, reliable and compassionate, understanding and committed.
No games. I prefer a casual lifestyle, but can get "dressed" for special occasions. I enjoy fine dining and steakhouses, but I can grab a hamburger and fries (although I shouldn't) and be happy. I'd like a man to be tall and muscular with hair, but I'll settle for shorter, balding, and, well, you know. . . I'M not in as good a shape as I was when I was young EITHER! I enjoy the company of cultured gentlemen, but relaxed with an easy-going sense of humor. I DISLIKE rude, ill-mannered, foul-mouthed people. (I occasionally slip a cuss word now and then, but I DETEST FILTH!)
I cannot tolerate chewing tobacco, spitting, smoking, getting sloppy drunk, etc.! I DETEST Porno!
